We offer a variety of flexible, experience-driven MBA programs so you can reach your goals – no matter what they are. In addition, our Full-Time and Professional MBA programs also offer dual degree options in Law, Accountancy,* Finance, Management Information Technology, Pharmacy, and a Generic Dual Degree Master’s program.

  • Full-Time MBA:Our 48-hour program is designed in a customizable and modular format, with each semester being broken into two 8-week modules. You can create your own accelerated program so that you can complete your MBA in 16 months instead of the traditional 2-year format.
  • Professional MBA & Online MBA:Our 36-hour part-time programs are designed in a modular format, with each semester being broken into two 8-week modules. Our self-paced programs allows you to take a course-load that fits your life, so you can complete the program in as little as 2 years or take as long as 5 years. Most Online MBA classes are delivered synchronously, in real-time, online in the evenings during the week from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM CT.**
  • Executive MBA in Aerospace & Defense:This program is specifically designed to develop the managerial and leadership skills of the aerospace and defense workforce, including those without a business education. The curriculum, developed and taught by industry leaders and renowned OU faculty, provides students the strength of synthesizing concepts and integrative thinking between A&D functions and business.**
  • Executive MBA in Energy:The 15-month, 36-credit-hour program consists of a 28-credit-hour core curriculum and an eight-credit-hour specialization. Students select from either the Hydrocarbon or Renewables specializations. World-class OU faculty and professors of practice deliver the EMBA curriculum in a primarily online format. The program culminates with a capstone project, in which students synthesize concepts across the curriculum.

*Master of Accountancy dual degree is only offered through our Professional MBA program.

Dual/Accelerated Degrees

  • Dual Degree with Select Price Master's ProgramsIn addition to the approved dual MBA degree programs, you may seek dual master's degrees in any two areas of your choosing. To pursue the generic dual master's degree, you must be admitted to both programs before 12 credit hours of program work is completed in either program.
  • Juris DoctorThis four-year program is designed to provide professionals with legal training and managerial skills to achieve high levels of career success in an increasingly complex world. With the benefit of the degrees from two of Oklahoma's top programs, JD/MBA graduates go on to be corporate lawyers and run their own law firms and businesses. Students typically complete two full years of law coursework, then schedule their MBA and remaining law courses into years three and four. After four years, students save a total of 22 hours compared with completing the JD and MBA degrees separately. It is best to apply for the dual JD/MBA program during the second year of law coursework.
  • PharmDOU College of Pharmacy students are eligible to apply for the PharmD/MBA dual-degree option, adding just one year of additional study to the four-year pharmacy degree. Adding an MBA degree opens the door to managerial positions such as director of pharmacy, supervisor, pharmacy manager, pharmacoeconomic positions, professional association roles, project manager, academia leader and health system administrator. Students will learn how metrics can be used in strategic planning and business analysis. Additionally, the program allows opportunities for inter-professional collaboration.
  • Master of AccountancyThe joint Master of Accountancy/MBA program allows students to develop in-depth accounting and financial management expertise along with a broader general business perspective. Graduates meet the educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam in most jurisdictions and are particularly well-suited for successful careers in corporate accounting and finance.
  • Master of Science in FinanceThe joint MBA/MS in Finance program allows students to simultaneously build a strong business strategy and management foundation and deepen their understanding of corporate finance, investment analytics and modeling. The finance coursework is delivered in a lock-step online format, meaning students work through a pre-determined sequence of classes to complete that degree.
  • Master of Science in Management Information TechnologyThe joint MBA/MS in MIT program offers students the opportunity to build a strong general business foundation while gaining a deep, specialized understanding of information technology. This unique program provides the knowledge and skills required to manage information technology companies, as well as other sectors of business. Additionally, it is the only MBA program option that offers a prestigious STEM designation, further enhancing its value and appeal for students interested in the intersection of business and technology.

    Executive MBA in EnergyThe University of Oklahoma Executive MBA in Energy will prepare you to be part of the next generation of leaders and decision-makers in the ever-evolving energy industry. The 100% energy-focused program offers two specializations: Renewables and Hydrocarbons. As a 15-month hybrid program, you will participate in three in-person residency weeks, one of which is in Europe, and six online modules.

PhD Financial Support

In most cases, Price College PhD students receive an 11-month Graduate Assistantship (GA) position for four years as part of their admission offer. The GA position is a combination of teaching and research and includes a competitive monthly stipend. The GA appointment includes a full tuition waiver up to the number of hours required for the degree.

Students are responsible for university fees, which are expected to be about $1,000 per year starting in the 2023/2024 school year depending on course load and stage in the program; generally fees decline over the course of the program.

Additionally, incoming PhD students receive a $5,000 research budget to be used over the duration of the program for research activities, such as conference participation, travel, data and other research-related needs.

Foundations of Business's Three Objectives

  1. To introduce graduate students in areas outside business – including health sciences, physical sciences, biological sciences, engineering, fine arts and other academic disciplines – to the theories and principles of business so they can be applied in their areas;
  2. To develop interdisciplinary knowledge that combines business concepts with academic specializations; and
  3. To enrich students' academic experiences through meaningful interaction with business scholars and practitioners.

Graduate students who pursue the certificate program will join with their counterparts in business and enroll in six courses (one required, and five others that are all part of the MBA core) for a total of 12 hours.

Dual/Accelerated Degrees

Dual degrees add an extra element of customization, allowing you to earn two degrees in a condensed time period. To obtain a dual degree, the student must satisfy the admission, course, and examination requirements of both programs.
